Return Policy


Most merchandise that is in saleable condition, in the original packaging, and that is not defective, can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of original purchase. We offer FREE return shipping on most of our products. Returned merchandise that is not defective, may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 1400 Centre Circle, Downers Grove IL, 60515. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued.

Defective Merchandise (if applicable)

If any merchandise sold and shipped by Inker Supply is faulty or defective, we will cover the cost of shipping to have the merchandise returned, so long as the claim is filed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving the returned item, we will then either replace the item, or issue a credit for the original amount paid.
